Delivery with bpost

We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France.

Delivery prices include VAT. Free delivery thresholds are based on the value of the items, excluding delivery charges.

Delivery times

From order confirmation, including preparation:

• Benelux: a maximum of 5 working days.
• France and Germany: a maximum of 8 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Before dispatch, cancellation is free

Unsure? Contact us promptly with your order number. If the parcel has not been handed to the carrier, we cancel without charge and fully refund the cancelled order, including delivery, within 14 days using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without charge.

After handover, the withdrawal rules below apply. Asking for advice before buying helps reduce unnecessary transport and packaging without restricting your rights. Constructive feedback helps us improve our service.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 calendar days, starting on the day after receipt, to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason. For an order delivered in several instalments, the period starts on the day after receipt of the last item.

Send a clear statement to boutik@uzima.store, giving your name and the items concerned. Your order number will help us find your purchase. The form below is optional.

Sending items back

You then have 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal to dispatch the items. You pay the direct cost of returning items when you change your mind.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire order, we refund the items and any standard delivery charges paid, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost.

The refund is made within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. It may be withheld until we receive the items or proof of dispatch, whichever happens first.

Product condition

Perfumes: try the sample before opening the bottle. Each perfume comes with a sample of the fragrance purchased. Keep the main product sealed while you discover it.

Perfumes and beauty: for products supplied with a hygiene seal that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, breaking that seal after delivery removes the right of withdrawal. This exception applies only where its legal conditions are met and is disclosed before purchase for the products concerned.

Home fragrance: candles, diffusers and room sprays are covered by the usual right of withdrawal. Use beyond the handling necessary to assess them may result in a deduction limited to the actual, substantiated loss of value, with no fixed deduction.

Opening transport packaging alone does not break a hygiene seal. Statutory guarantees and your rights in the event of defects or delivery errors remain unaffected. See our terms and conditions for full details.

Damaged or non-conforming items

Returns for defects or non-conformity are covered by the statutory guarantee. The rule requiring you to pay return costs for a change of mind does not apply in these cases. Contact us so we can arrange the return.
